Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. We typically ship same day by 5 PM PST for orders placed early enough in the day. Shipments go out Monday–Friday. Weekend orders are processed and shipped the following Monday (carriers do not pick up on weekends).

Estimated Transit Times

  • West Coast: 2–3 business days

  • East Coast: 3–7 business days (location dependent)
    Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or operational delays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow the carrier time to scan and update tracking after label creation.

“Delivered” but Not Received

If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t find the package:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, your building/office mailroom, or alternate mailboxes/PO boxes.

  2. Contact your local carrier with the tracking number to verify the delivery location and time.
    If you still can’t locate it, email us at help@silhouettetulsa.com and we can help you open a case with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders move quickly through our system and may not be editable once placed. We are not responsible for misrouted or undeliverable packages due to an incorrect address.

Overnight / Expedited Shipping

We do not offer overnight shipping by default. If you need an urgent shipment, email [enter your support email here] and we can arrange a custom overnight label and send you an invoice (subject to carrier availability and cutoff times).

Business Days & Holidays

Processing and delivery occur on business days (Mon–Fri). Carrier and observed holidays may extend processing or transit times.
