Please carefully review the description, size, condition, and any photos of each item before completing your purchase. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Order Accuracy

Before submitting your order, double-check your shipping address, contact information, and item details. Orders are processed quickly and cannot be modified after checkout.

Lost or Misrouted Packages

Silhouette Sneakers & Art is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misrouted after they have been handed to the carrier. If an issue arises in transit or after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend using a secure delivery location and tracking your package.

Delivery Issues / Damage on Arrival

Since all sales are final, we’re unable to accept returns. If your item arrives with a carrier-related issue (e.g., visible damage to the shipping box), keep all packaging and contact the carrier immediately to start a claim. We’ll do our best to guide you through next steps with the carrier.
